What 90's Farm Game is this?

I've been thinking about this game I use to play as a kid and recently had the urge to play it again. I believe it was the mid-late 90s game. It was a farm game. Where you could grow and sell crops. Certain crops in the winter, different crops in the spring and summer... It took place in a mid-western town I believe. You had the dangers of drought and weather conditions etc. And you had to make a certain amount to stay in business. I believe you could even ask for a loan from the bank. It wasn't a cartoony looking game. More realistic. I've been trying to find it but have had no luck. Looked up farm games, virtual games, simulation games. Maybe I'm not looking in the right place? Maybe someone has played this before?
