Is your hair in a ponytail, or is it short? If it is short, you will need extensions or a wig. If it is in a ponytail, bring the picture in to your stylist and ask her to dye your hair like that, and cut it like that. Make sure she is a good rated cutter though. Make sure you don't go to super cuts!
