Would you have a baby by a man that doesn't want any more kids?

My fiance says he loves me and will get a vasectomy reversal to please me. He says he knows he has to do it if he wants to keep me, but he would rather just enjoy life without more kids since he is almost finished raising his current children( he has 3 kids from another marriage).
