Early pregnancy symptoms and when do you normally get them?

I am 5 weeks pregnant found out yesterday thru ultrasound, have had sore for 4 weeks, no cramps for my period, mild nausea, mild constipation, lots of mucus, headaches, been really tired and have noticed over the last few days need to urinate every couple of hours oh and lots of pimples on my face
