Is this a healthy diet?
Everyones body is different sounds like a healthy selection to me though. Its all about how hungry you are, how much exercise you have and splitting up your meals into several. So if you are pretty energetic and exercise a lot you might need more food. In that case you can add more to your diet but spread ou tthe meals. Not all in one sitting. Drink lots of water! and dont forget to splurge every now and then. Its not healthy to stay away from fatty foods and then all of a suddely have a bunch in one sitting so dont take away them completely from your diet unless you can go forever without them. Its kind of like not eating for a few days and then eating a ton of filling food your body will blow up metaphorically speaking
