Help suing an detective for false information and i have all the proodf?

ok my baby fell out the bed in mar 2009. i called the parametics they came out checked my baby and said he was fine but the crying scARED me, so i just wanted to make sure every thing was fine, well right afther he fell out the bed say 30 to 45 min later i gave him a bottle so when i took him to the hospital they wanted to do a ct they couldnt because he had just sucked a bottle they wanted his tommy empty, so they diagnosed his jaw broken they say he had a mandibuliar symphosis fracture now remember they never took any test on him the doctor just looked at him and said it . so i was told to bring him back that morning and i did so they ran the test now they say his jaw was out of place then they call dcfs then admitted him in the hospital, say about 2 3 days later dcfs visits me, then the next day the cops any way the cop got me from the hospital with the baby on the 13 this happened on the 9th, the cop told me he will bring me right back i went to take a polygraph so he told me we had to go to the station to get the results, so he asking me who hurt my baby i told him what happened dcfs has a report the hospital has a report well the officer lied in the arrest report and said the baby was in my care at the time well this is my grandson me my mom and his mom all live together, i had just got off work that morning and the baby was in the room with my mom and she told them all the baby was in her care at the time in the bed room with her, now the officer lied and said he was with me and said he read me my rights first he tricked me to the station first then he read me my rights, i went to jail my bond was 30,000, went to court for 6 mo no one never showed up ithe judge dismissed it, i had a administrative hearing with dcfs i won that, the officer didn't have any evidence nor did dcfs neither the dcfs worker showed up or his supervisor showed up for the hearing i won because they had no evidence of neglect or abuse and the doctors didn't have any remarks on if it was abuse or neglect , they had information in the investigative report that had nothing to do with my family what so ever, the doctors mixed his papre work up with someone else. and the judge put in heer statement that what the doctors put in their report about my baby he didn't fit the discription, he had no bruise on him they didn't have to give him pain meds, or iv he was in strogers for 7 days, i never saw the dcfs worker but once. since we were indicated. afther all this was over i got custody of my grandson 1 month later the dcfs worker wrote public aid and told them to remove him off my madical card because he no longer lives with me, now i got my letter sealed by dorthy brown signature, a month afther he retaliates and had him removed from my medical card but i made them put him back on my case worker said if shr gave me a copy she will loose her job a copy of the letter he wrote. what should i do
