Should i wait on getting my CCNA?

Im a little confused whether i should get my CCNA right away or wait? I have my a+ and n+ certifications and some people say i should get some networking experience first before proceding to to get CISCO CCNA certification. Im wondering if they are right? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
