Should I get Warhawk?

I was thinking about buying this game but it is multiplayer only.I was wondering if it can have 4 people play on 1 system and if it is only online play? I hate playing online so can this game be played with just the 4 people on 1 system and maybe some bots? And do u have to have an internet connection?
