I got a ticket for puting my foot in a subway train 9am on sunday morning.?

i rolled with my pport and the officer wrote down my pport number on his ticlet book. next week i plan to do my state ID. will that affect my records? he was recording my pport number, not my state ID number, can i get away with it?
