How to write and essay on Anti-oncogenes?

I got to finish a 2000 word essay on anti-oncogenes (tumour suppressor genes) by 10:00am tomoro and I have barely started it I have been planning it for ages. I just havent been able to get the right structure or the right kind of information for it my lecturers have been no help and I am starting to really worry.
